I'm having the same issue, along with a lot of my corpmates, seems like it maybe a issue with fadetoblack / scanner timer / fadein timers or overlapping / clashing. Also the new scanner seems to be having issues when it is active the actual button...

I'm hearing people lost mins, and an assets they where currently building at the time also... its looking like this was a major boom on the server side.
